Over time, this curiosity grew into a deep passion. I earned my degree in Food Science and Nutrition, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others unlock the power of food to transform their lives.

I don’t just talk about nutrition; I live it. I understand the struggles that come with making lasting lifestyle changes, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
